What does it cost?
The PTMF foundation exam is free. PTMP, PTMA, PTME and PTMS cost $59 each. If you don't pass a paid level, a retake costs $39.
What score do I need to pass?
PTMF has 15 questions and a 60% pass mark. The four paid levels each have 25 questions and require 70%, which is 18 correct answers.
Do I have to take the levels in order?
The paid levels unlock in sequence: PTMP, then PTMA, PTME and PTMS. PTMF is optional and can be taken at any time. Choose PTMP as your starting point if you already manage a team.
How is the exam taken?
Online, in your browser, whenever it suits you. There's no proctor or appointment. Once you open an exam you have three hours to submit it, and you get your result immediately.
How do employers verify a certificate?
Every certificate has a unique 16-character ID and its own public page. Anyone can open the link on your CV or LinkedIn profile, or enter the ID in the verification box on this site.
What name appears on my certificate?
The full name you give when you first sign in. Please enter it exactly as you want it printed; it's used on every certificate you earn.
