By creating an account, purchasing an exam, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
When you create an account, you agree to:
Initial certification exams are priced at $59 USD. Retake exams (following a failed attempt) are priced at $39 USD. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect exams already purchased.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By purchasing an exam through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided, regardless of exam outcome, technical issues, or any other reason. This policy applies to both initial exams and retakes.
When taking an exam, you agree to:
Each exam purchase entitles you to one attempt. If you do not pass (score below 70%), you must purchase a retake to attempt the exam again. There is no limit to the number of retakes you may purchase.
Results are provided immediately upon exam completion. Passing requires a score of 70% or higher (18 out of 25 questions correct). Exam results are final and cannot be appealed or contested.
Upon passing an exam, you will immediately receive a digital certificate with a unique verification code. Certificates are issued in the name provided in your account profile.
PTMCO certifications do not expire and do not require renewal. However, we reserve the right to revoke certifications in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms.
Certifications must be completed in order: PTMP, PTMA, PTME, and PTMS. You cannot purchase or attempt a higher-level certification until you have passed all preceding levels.
All content on the PTMCO platform, including exam questions, course materials, certificates, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of PTMCO and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:

PTMCO provides the certification platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, lost data, or employment outcomes. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
While we strive to maintain a reliable platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, browser compatibility, or server downtime, do not constitute grounds for refunds or free retakes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform inappropriately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration.
